Tauentzienstrasse

Tauentzienstrasse is a major shopping street between the Kurfurstendamm and the Wittenbergplatz. The street is 500 metres long. In the Tauentzienstrasse is the KaDeWe (Kaufhaus Des Westen), the largest department store of Berlin. Many luxury fashion houses can be found in the KaDeWe.

Alexanderplatz is a main square in Berlin. It was the centre of the former East-Berlin. On the square is the Galeria department store and Alexa shopping mall. The railway station (next to the square) has a mall with small shops and restaurants.
